Seawanhaka Summer 2025 6Metre Racing Series
- All competitors are welcome to come early and store their boat and/or get a mooring at SCYC (storage rates apply). We will run three (3) weekends and possibly an informal fourth in September with Race Committee support:
21 – 22 June, 19-20 July, 16-17 August 20256 Metre Worlds Championships
- 17 – 19 September, 0900-1600: Measurement Checks & Equipment Inspection. Note that we will ask all competitors to submit a valid measurement certificate no later than Friday, 18 July 2025 to help expedite the event measurement process. Certificates that have expired must be revalidated before they are submitted – the event measurement checks do not constitute re-validation.
- 18 September – Happy Hour, Hosted by Oakcliff Sailing (details to follow)
- 19 September, 1730-1930 – Welcome Cocktail Reception at SCYC
- 20 September – Practice Race. Off-Site Party at Commodore & Mrs. Hugh Jones
- 21 September – Practice Race (spare day). Salty Dog BBQ available by reservation only, 1730-2000 at SCYC Main Club
